彭严,男,1983年10月生,山东临沂平邑人,理学博士,教授,硕士研究生导师,九三学社社员。最全菠菜网大全优秀科研工作者,山东省老员工数学竞赛优秀指导教师,汉中市九三学社优秀先进个人,入选最全菠菜网大全首批杏坛学者。
获山东省高等学校优秀科技成果奖,济宁市自然科学学术创新奖,陕西理工大学优秀科技成果一等奖。现为EPJC、NPB、 CQG、JPG、MPLA及CTP等SCI一区二区等国际期刊审稿人。
